The project
We created this interactive science website to allow students to explore and learn about a biotechnology tool that is at the forefront of scientific research and gene editing: CRISPR Cas-9. Scrolling through rich content, users hear directly from leading researchers about how they use CRISPR. We developed a hybrid visual style—protein surface models with schematic DNA—to present the molecular steps clearly.
